Interest Rates Could Drop to 0.25 Per Cent

Anyone who knows me will know that I like to invest some of my liquid funds into shares. At least, I enjoyed it until the recent market turmoil caused by global economic problems, particularly in the USA and Europe, led to billions being wiped off the value of shares around the world - including mine!

However, there could be a silver lining to these economic woes for us property investors, as interest rates could now be reduced to 0.25 per cent, giving homeowners and investors a huge boost as mortgage costs plummet further.
